Today is fixed for filing show-cause by the complainant and also hearing on admission point. It is time now 2.45 p.m. neither the complainant nor any representative from the side of the complainant is found present. Registrar of this Commission also files a report by making note sheet which reflects that after filing the case through E-dakhil Portal the complainant never make any communication with this office. Registrar of this Commission also tried to make contacts/communications with the complainant but all efforts were in vain. So, it is easily presume that the complainant is not at all interested to produce with this case.

Hence, it is

That the instant case C.C. No. 19 of 2024 is hereby dismissed for default for non-prosecution from the side of the Complainant.

Registrar of this Commission is directed to send a copy of the same to the complainant.
