ORDER

Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The complainant has stated that he settled the complaint with M/s. Sargam India electronics (P) Ltd. (OP) and have received an amount of Rs. 54,850/- as full and final settlement.    Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
