Statement of Shri Vijender Singh, Complainant

          I have settled the complaint with M/s. Voltas Ltd. (OP-2) and have received the repaired Air conditioner in question (free of cost) with extended warranty upto 8th May 2026, as full and final settlement.  The company have repaired the another AC, installed at the residence of the complainant free of cost as compensation.  OP-2 has undertaken not to levy any service charge while AC in question will under warranty.

ORDER

          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           The complainant have settled the complaint with M/s. Voltas Ltd. (OP-2) and have received the repaired Air conditioner in question (free of cost) with extended warranty upto 8th May 2026, as full and final settlement.  The company have repaired the another AC, installed at the residence of the complainant free of cost as compensation.  OP-2 has undertaken not to levy any service charge while AC in question will under warranty.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
