Present Sh. Ashutosh Bansal, Counsel for the complainant and Sh. Varun Sharma, Counsel for OP-2 i.e. Toshiba India Pvt. Ltd. and submitted that a compromise between the parties has been arrived and towards compromise/ settlement OP-2 has given a cheque bearing no.502107 drawn on SMBC of Rs.24,000/- towards full & final settlement to the complainant. The Counsel for the complainant stated that the complainant is fully satisfied and no other grievance is left. Photocopy of cheque alongwith receiving of cheque by Counsel for the complainant is placed on file.
In view of the above, the case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
