Complainant and OP-2 filed compromise dated 10.02.2018 which has been attested by this Forum. Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, we therefore direct OP-2to refund the amount of Rs.23,600/- to the complainant as against full & final settlement within one week. The complainant will returnthe disputed product i.e. Panasonic AC to OP-2.

This order shall be complied with by OP-2 within a period of one week from the date of order and return of disputed product failing which an additional interest @ 10% per annum will be payable on whole of above amount from the date of this order till payment to the complainant. The case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
