Heard AR on behalf of OP-1 & Sh. Amit Kumar Thakur, Counsel for OP-2 Perused file. It is true that none is appearing for the complainant since last dates of hearings i.e. 20.08.2018, 29.08.2018 &10.12.2018 consecutively. Several calls have been given since morning. But none on behalf of the complainant has appeared. Moreover, written statement by OP has been filed on 28.02.2017 and despite giving several opportunities as well as last opportunity dated 24.04.2018 subject to cost of Rs.2,000/-, the complainant has failed to file rejoinder & her affidavit in evidence.

It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing her case. It will be abuse of process to proceed further in the absence of the complainant. Hence case is dismissed in default for the reasons mentioned above. File be consigned to record room.
