Present Sh. S.K. Dardi, Counsel for the complainant alongwith complainant in person and AR on behalf of OPsand filed settlement letter alongwith copies of cheques bearing no.466021 of Rs.26,000/- & 395806 of Rs.6,000/- andstated that the matter has been amicably settled out of Court. The complainant has accepted the settled amount of Rs.32,000/- by means of above 2 cheques and returned the disputed product i.e. A.C. to OPs. The complainant submitted that she is fully satisfied with the settlement and no other grievance of left.

In view of above, the case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
