File taken up in National Lok Adalat held today on 10/12/16.

In view of separate joint statement of Shri Jinesh Augustine complainant and Shri S.S. Pandit Advocate for OP-2 of even date recorded separately, the OP-2 is directed to pay a sum of Rs. 32,000/- (thirty two thousand) to the complainant as full and final settlement of the dispute within 30 days from today on return of accessories, if any, by complainant to OP-2.

 

Order pronounced on   :

• Compliance of the order be made within 30 days from today.
• Copy of order be sent to the concerned parties free of cost.

• Thereafter, file be consigned to record.
