Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 22.07.2016. Complainant is not appearing for past two dates of hearing i.e. on 05.09.2022 and 10.07.2023. On the last date of hearing i.e. 10.07.2023 last and final opportunity was given to complainant to address arguments. Today also complainant has not appeared. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant.
