                         Complaint taken up in National Lok Adalat held today on 09/12/2017.

            In view of joint statement of Shri Satender Kumar complainant and Shri Mohit Aggarwal advocate for the opposite party no.3 dated 06.12.2017 the matter is settled between the complainant and the opposite party no.3 and as per the settlement the opposite party no.3 is directed to pay a sum of Rs. 2,000/- to the complainant as full and final settlement within 30 days from 06.12.2017.

         In default of payment in time the complainant shall be entitled for interest at the rate of 9% per annum from 06.02.2017 till actual realization of                     Rs. 2,000/- .

        In view of above statement the complaint is allowed. Copy of the order be sent to the parties as per rules. File be consigned.
