Present complainant in person and Counsel of OP-2 i.e. Samsung India Electronics Ltd. and filed compromise dated 10.12.2018 which has been attested by this Forum. Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, OP-2 shall pay a sum of Rs.21,800/- to the complainant as full & final settlement within 45 days from the date of this order. The complainant will return the disputed refrigerator to OP-2.

This order shall be complied with by OP-2 within a period of 45 days from the date of this order failing which an additional interest @ 10% per annum will be payable on whole of above amount from the date of this order till payment to the complainant. The case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
