Gurpreet versus Sargam etc.

 Present:                 Shri Gurpreet Singh, Complainant in person.

                                 Sh. Pawan Kumar, representative of Op No.1.

                                 Sh. Shekhar Kapoor Advocate for Op No.2 and 3.

                            Sh.Pawan Kumar, representative of Op No.1 has appearned and filed authority letter. Sh.Shekhar Kapoor Advocate has appeared on behalf of Op No.2 and 3 and filed power of attorney.

2.                      Sh.Gurpreet Singh, Complainant has made a statement that he do not want to proceed with the present complaint and withdraws the same being fully satisfied. His statement in this regard has been recorded separately.

3.                       In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
