Parties have settled  the dispute.  Respondent  has agreed  that it shall issue  NOC  to the complainant  within 25 days  from the date   she visit  the office of the  OP  and close her account  failing which  respondent  is agreed to pay the penalty of Rs. 10,000/-  alongwith the NOC.  Hence  we hereby  order that  complainant  shall visit  the office of the OP  within next two days and within  25 days  from the date of his first visit  to the office of the respondent  NOC shall be issued  failing which  NOC be issued within one month along with penalty of Rs. 10,000/-.

            Copy be given dasti.

            File be consigned to the record room.
