Present :-          Shri Deep Kumar complainant with shriSanjay Kumar   Rajpaladvocate.

                   ShriMohitAggawal advocate for OP-2.

                   Shri Deep Kumar complainant with shri Sanjay Kumar Rajpal advocate and shriMohitAggarwal advocate for Opposite party no.2 made separate joint statement that the matter is settled between the complainant and opposite party no.2 and as per the settlement the complainant has received cheque no.570822 dated 23.06.2017 for sum of Rs.30,000/-(Rs. Thirty thousands) from opposite party no.2 as full and final settlement of the dispute.The complainant shall return the old LED to the opposite party no.2 on demand against receipt. The complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn.

                   That being so the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled. Parties shall remain bound by the statement. Copy of order be given Dasti and file be consigned to record.
