Complainant and Opposite Party filed compromise dated 13.01.2017 which has been attested by this Forum. Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, we therefore direct OP to repair the LED TV free of cost with 2 months additional warranty to the complainant within 30 days.    

This order shall be complied with by OP within a period of 30 days. The case of the complainant is disposed off as settled. File be consigned to record room.
