ORDER

Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.  Shri Dalip Singh, complainant, settled the complaint with Johnson Controls Hitachi Airconditioning India Ltd. [formerly known as Hitachi Home & Life Solutions (India) Ltd. (OP-3)].  He has agreed to settle the complaint on replacement of Aircondition with the same model, as full and final settlement.  He will handover the old airconditioner to OP-3 at the time of receiving the replacement. Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
