                This complaint has been called several times since morning but the complainant has failed to appear before this Forum either in person or through his Advocate up to 3:45PM.  Further wait is unjustified. The complaint is dismissed on account of default in appearance by the complainant. However, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action subjection to the period of limitation.  File be consigned to the records.
