Complainant wants to withdraw his complaint.  Her statement is recorded separately.  On her request, the complaint is disposed off as withdrawn on the point of territorial jurisdiction with liberty to file the same in the appropriate court/forum.

Further, she has requested for release of the original documents, which is allowed after placing on record the photocopy of the same.
