Today, the complainant has made the following statement:-

“Stated that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and I do not want to pursue the present complaint further and same may be dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised."

In view of the ibid statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromise. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
