          Learned counsel for the appellants has urged that in compliance of order dated May 22^nd, 2018, passed by this Commission, an amount Rs.49,050/- has been deposited by UHBVNL before District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Sonepat, so, this appeal be disposed of.

2.      It is ordered accordingly.

3.      The statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited at the time of filing the appeal be refunded to the appellants against proper receipt and identification in accordance with rules.
