As per averments made in the complaint, the opposite party is having its office at Gujrat and there is no office or branch of opposite party within the jurisdiction of this Forum. The complaint is not maintainable before this Forum as having no jurisdiction to entertain the present complaint and the same is accordingly ordered to be returned to the complainant for filing it in appropriate Forum, if permissible under the law. The original documents, if any, be returned to the complainant against proper receipt after retaining copies of the same. The file after registration and needful be consigned to the record room.
