It appears from perusal of the record that, the amendment application filed by the complainant was allowed on 23/07/2015 and the complainant was directed to get the amendment incorporated forthwith but, the amendment was not incorporated by him. The complainant is not appearing since long back therefore, there appears no justification for further proceedings in this case. The present complaint is dismissed for want of prosecution. Let record be consigned.
