Counsel for the DHr filed a memo stating that the matter has already been compromised between the parties and hence case may be dropped. It is seen that as per order dt.18.11.14 of this forum warrant was issued against the JDr addressing S.P. Jajpur vide forum letter no. 521 dt.19.11.14 and presently as intimated by the DHr that matter has already been compromised and DHr do not want to proceed further with this case and also want to drop the execution proceeding the execution petition is dropped as amicably settled between the parties Accordingly a letter be issued to concerned police office recalling the warrant issued earlier and returned the same without execution.
