Adv for Complainant  is present.Heard counsel for admission.  Complainant  M/s/Fast Track Shipping  and Logistic Services is working  as a Shipping and Logistic Service  and doing business in the capacity of transports.  By the defination  of Sec.7 of Consumer Protection Act,2019. The Complainant  is a commercial outfit and has availedof services/goods for commercial purpose.Therefore  the complainant does not fall in the purview of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.  This complaints therefore not admitted as it does not  fall in the jurisdiction of this Commission.
