The learned counsel for the petitioner is present.The matter was already heard.No documents filed through on the last date the counsel wanted to file through on the last date the counsel wanted to file some more documents.It reveals from the petition that the complainant executed construction of a tube well under jabahar gramya samrudhi yojana and was to get rs 25,914/- after completition from the Opp Parties and not paid  on repeated request to the ops.So this petition the amount along with Rs.5000/- as mental agony and Rs 2000/- for litigation expenses and filed xerox copies of execution of work and non-payment of work done and other related documents.we are of the opinion that the case is out-rightly for realization of the amount for the execution of work done from the ops not maintainable in this forum as remedy is available in courts.when asked about the maintainable of the such a petition the counsel for the petitioner failed to convience in this regards.

On the above facts and circumstances we are not inclined to admit the petition and it is not necessary to issue notice to the ops so further proceeding is accordingly dropped.
