Petitioner/complainant and his counsel present. Chandupatla Srinivas  S/o. Shankaraiah, recovery officer for Respondent is also present and filed a memo along with Demand Draft bearing No.022814 dated : 11-02-2015 for Rs. 20,000/- of Axis Bank Ltd, Hyderabad Road, Nizamabad in compliance of the Order passed by the Hon’ble A.P. State Commission, Hyderabad in FA. No. 860 of 2013 in CC No. 2 of 2013 dated 25-09-2014 and pray the Hon’ble Forum to dismiss the present petition in EA No. 1 of 2015.  The counsel for petitioner/complainant also filed a memo stating that the present petition in EA No. 1 of 2015 is not pressed, inview of deposited an amount of Rs. 20,000/- by way of DD bearing No. 022814 dated 11-02-2015 by respondent/Opposite party incompliance of the Hon’ble A.P State Commission order in FA No. 860 of 2013 in CC No. 2 of 2013 dated: 25-09-2014.

          Heard, both memos filed by respondent/opposite party and filed by petitioner/complainant’s counsel are taken on record. Inview of deposited an amount of Rs. 20,000/- by way of DD bearing No. 022814 dated : 11-02-2015 by respondent/opposite party in compliance of the order passed by Hon’ble A.P. State Commission, Hyderabad in FA No. 860 of 2013 in CC 2 of 2013, this petition in EA No. 1 of 2015 is terminated as not pressed as full satisfaction. No Costs.
