          This appeal coming up before us on 18.11.2022 for reporting settlement and for filing Joint Memo of Compromise and this Commission made the following Order in open court:

Both present.

 

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the Counsel for both parties that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and a Joint Memorandum of Compromise has been filed to that effect.  As per the compromise, the complainant has received a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- by way of Demand Draft vide No.821173 dt.16.11.2022 towards full and final settlement.  The said Joint Memorandum of Compromise is recorded.

 

It has been further stated in the Joint Memo of Compromise that the 1st respondent / complainant is  hereby withdraws all the allegations against the appellant / 3rd opposite party and further undertakes not to make any claim against the appellant / 3rd opposite party with regard to this matter.    

 

In view of the Joint Memorandum of Compromise, this appeal is disposed off.  The Joint Memorandum of Compromise shall form part of the order.   No costs.
