ORDER

            The applicant-OP moved the present application for refund of amount deposited with this Forum. It has been stated in the application that the applicant had deposited a sum of Rs.33,020/- with this Forum on 2.9.2011 in compliance of the order dated 18.7.2011 and 26.8.2011. It has been further stated that since the order dated 3.5.2011 passed by this Forum has been set aside by the Hon’ble State Commission vide its order dated 12.10.2011, therefore, applicant applies for refund of Rs.33,020/- deposited with this Forum on 2.9.2011. It is, therefore, prayed that the sum of Rs.33,020/- plus interest, if any, may kindly be refunded to the applicant.

2.         Counsel for respondent-complainant gave no objection on the present application; vide his statement recorded on the application itself.

3.         Accordingly, the office is directed to issue a cheque of Rs.33,020/- plus interest, if any, in favour of the applicant namely The Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. and the same be handed over to them or their counsel against proper receipt and as per rules. The application stands disposed of accordingly.

4.         Copies of this order be sent to the parties free of charge. Be tagged with the main complaint.
