ORDER

This order is pronounced in the open Forum on separate sheets of paper today. This complaint is allowed. The complainant is held entitled to the possession of the site No.65 or some other alternative site in Sargur village of H.D. Kote Taluk from the respondent. The respondent shall handover the vacant possession of the site No.V.S.65 or some other alternative site to the complainant within four months from the date of this order. Both sides shall bear their own costs. Send the certified copies of this order to both sides parties by R.P.A.D. immediately.
