          Learned Counsel for the parties submitted that the parties have settled their dispute through mutual negotiation. Application has been moved by appellant alongwith compromise solemnized between the parties with prayer to dispose of appeal in terms of compromise.

          Learned Counsel for the parties submitted that the parties have settled their dispute as per compromise filed. Learned Counsel for the parties signed compromise filed before State Commission today.

          In view of above appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise entered into between parties which has been signed today by learned Counsel for the parties before this bench. The said compromise deed shall form part of order.
