2.      Karan Agri Farm, represented through its Managing Partner, having its office at VPO-SAI-DOWAL, Dist: Kapurthala, Jalandhar, Punjab.

None is present on behalf of the complainant. Today is fixed for showing cause by the complainant.

            It is evident from the record that on 08.11.2016 the complainant was directed to take fresh steps upon the Ops in respect of service of notice. Date was fixed on 22.11.2016 for the said purpose. On 22.11.2016 as none appeared on behalf of the complainant, he was directed to show cause. Date was fixed on 08.12.2016. On the said date the complainant was present but it was submitted on his behalf that due to mis-posting to the diary he is not in a position to reply to the show-cause and prayed further date for filing the same. Today also the complainant has failed to take any initiative to be appearing and file reply to the show cause.

            Under such circumstances, we are not in a position to grant further time to the complainant for the same purpose and be dismissed.

            Hence, it is

that the Consumer Complaint No. 16/2016 is hereby dismissed for default. There is no order as to costs.

            Let plain copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of cost as per provisions of law.
