Stated that today I have received a cheque No. 099080 dated 30.5.2024 for Rs. 36,000/- payable in my name (Sarabjeet Kaur) deposited by Kotak Mohindra Life Insur. Co. Ltd.

          In view of ibid statement, the present Miscellaneous application has become infructuous and stands dismissed. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
