It is submitted by counsel for complainant that he wants to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file a fresh before appropriate court/commission as per law.

In view of the submission made by complainant counsel the present complaint stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh before appropriate court/commission as per law. Copy of the complaint along with annexure be returned to complainant after retaining the copy of same for record. Office is directed to issue the certificate to the complainant in respect to the court fee deposited with this Commission.
