2.   Sh. Abhijeet Duraphe, having trading name “Sanyo Technology India” and principal place of business registered at Room No. F-160, CIDACO Colony, Sector Number 4, Airoli, Thane, Maharashtra-400708.

Present:        Complainant in person.

None for OPs.

 

          File taken up on the application moved by the Complainant for withdrawal of the present case. The Complainant by making a separate statement tendered copy of his bank account statement as Mark A vide which he has received an amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- in full and final settlement of the claim, and stated that now nothing remains due against the OPs, so, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and, therefore, he wants to withdraw the same being fully satisfied.

                     Heard. In view of the statement of the Complainant, the present Consumer Complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
