Counsel for the Petitioner and Civil Surgeon Dr. B.B. Kakkar present as directed. Counsel for the Insurance Company-Respondent no.3 and husband of Smt. Santosh present. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that amount of Rs.25,000/- which has been deposited by the Appellant with the State Commission be ordered to be released to the Complainant/Respondent no.1 and the matter be disposed of accordingly. The husband of the Respondent no.1/Complainant agrees that the matter may be treated as settled on payment of Rs.25,000/-. In view of the above, the revision is partly allowed and is disposed of with direction that the sum of Rs.25,000/- which has been deposited by the Appellant with the State Commission at the time of filing of appeal be ordered to be released to the Complainant/Respondent no.1, with no order as to costs. The State Commission is directed to forward the said amount of Rs.25,000/- to the District Forum concerned since the husband of the Complainant states that the payment be made at Kathal. The State Commission shall ensure that the said amount is transferred to the District Forum at the earliest and the District Forum shall ensure that the said amount is paid at the earliest to the Complainant/Respondent no.1. A copy of the order be sent to the State Commission as also the District Forum concerned by the Office for necessary compliance. Dasti copy of order be given to the Complainant/Respondent no.1
