ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. This complaint is allowed. The complainant is held entitled to the sum of Rs.4,681/- together with Rs.250/- towards the costs of this proceedings from the 1st respondent. The 1st respondent shall pay the amount of Rs.4,681/- to the complainant together with Rs.250/- towards the costs of this proceedings within 2 months from the date of the receipt of the copy of this judgement and order, apart from bearing his own costs of this proceedings. The complaint against the 2nd respondent is dismissed without costs. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both sides parties by RPAD immediately.
