Heard.  The dispute relates to a bill for a sum of Rs.1,298/- dated 1^st October, 1999.  22 bills were issued after this alleged bill.  None of those bills included the amount of Rs.1,298/- earlier telephone connection was disconnected temporarily on                        17^th November, 1999.  Ld. counsel for the petitioner submits that the complainant never sought restoration of the telephone connection.  It was permanently disconnected on 1^st June, 2003.  On 1^st June, 2003 the amount relating to bill dated 1^st October, 1999 was barred by time.  No notice was given.  It was submitted by the Ld. counsel for the petitioner that orally, it was informed.   Ld. counsel for the

petitioner was candid enough to submit that no affidavit of any person has been filed on record in support of this submission.

          In the aforesaid circumstances, there is no force in this revision petition.

          The revision petition is dismissed accordingly.
