Ld. Advocates for the parties are present.  The petition for condonation of delay is taken up for consideration.  Heard Ld. Advocates.

It is submitted by the Ld. Advocate for the Appellant that there were some changes in the management of the Central Law Department of the Appellant bank in Mumbai and as such, the Appellant could not go through the details of the impugned order and finalize the Memo of Appeal in time leading to some delay in preferring this appeal.

Ld. Advocate appearing for the Respondent submits that no specific reason could be cited by the Appellant in justification of its delay condonation petition.  As such, the prayer for condonation of delay be rejected forthwith, or else he would be highly prejudiced.

Upon hearing both sides and perusing the contents of the delay condonation petition, it is found that the cause for delayed filing of the appeal is not satisfactorily and properly explained.  The prayer for condonation of delay, as such, is rejected and consequent thereof, the appeal stands disposed of.  No costs.
