Complainant in person. Dr.Kuldeep Singh, Director of Santokh Nursing Home-Opposite Party alongwith Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Counsel for Opposite Party.

ORDER
Both the parties have appeared and complainant as her identity proof has placed on file photocopy of her Aadhar Card. Heard. The parties have compromised the matter in the Lok Adalat and OP has made the payment of Rs.5,000/- in cash which amount is acceptable to the complainant. In view of the same, statement of complainant and that of OP recorded and placed on record. In view of the same, this consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. Statement of the parties recorded today shall form a part of this order and shall be binding on them.         Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.

Statement of Mrs.Suman Rani wife of Sh.Rajesh Kumar, Complainant in person.

 

 

Parties have compromised the matter in the Lok Adalat and Dr.Kuldeep Singh, Director of Santokh Nursing Home-Opposite Party has given me Rs.5,000/- in cash and the matter stood settled. This complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.
