When the matter came up for admission, consistently there was no representation for the appellants for the last eight months None appeared for the appellant despite the fact that several adjournments were granted. We have perused the material on record. The District Forum has given cogent reasons. At any rate, there could not have been any objection when the District Forum has awarded return of the advance paid for the plot purchased.
We do not see any ground whatsoever to admit this appeal. The appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
