     Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the learned District Forum has passed order to release the vehicle on receiving 50% of outstanding dues from the Complainant, but The Complainant is not paying the said amount. So, he challenged the said order in this revision. During arguments he also submitted that Hon’ble High court of Orissa has also passed order directing the O.P to deposit 50% of the outstanding amount but the complainant has not obeyed the order.

      In view of the above submission, without entering to the merit of the case this commission hereby direct the petitioner to make said submission before the learned District Commission who would hear both the parties  and pass order of the interim petition within 30 days from the date of receipt of this order.

    The learned counsel for the petitioner directed to appear before the learned District forum, on 04-02-2022 to which date the date has been fixed by the learned District Commission.

    Revision is disposed of accordingly.
