            The complainant in this case is not appearing since 6th February, 2020. Thereafter  there was outbreak of  Corona Pandemic  from Mid March, 2020. It may be noted that vide order dated 3^rd December, 2019, complainant was permitted to serve  OP Nos. 2 & 3  through  substituted  service  by  publication of notice in the

                                                                                                                                

newspaper.  No compliance of the  said order has been made by the complainant till date. 

 It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the matter.  Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.  File be consigned to record room.
