2. Sargam Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Plot No.3, Avtar Colony, Kunjpura Road, Karnal.

Complaint under Section 12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

                Today the case was fixed for notice to the OP-1. A careful perusal of the file, it reveals that from the many dates previously, the  complainant has failed to compliance the directions as given by this Commission and case had been adjourned again and again since dated 30.05.2019 for notice to the OP-1. Case called several times since morning. It is already 04:00 PM. No further wait is justified. It appears that complainant is no more interested to pursue his complaint. There is no justification to adjourn the case further for the same purpose, as complaint pertains to the year 2019.

                Hence, in view the above discussion, the present complaint is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution. However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction, if so desired. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
