ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperatge sheets of paper today. This complaint is dismissed with a liberty to the complainant to approach the civil court to seek the redress with a further liberty to seek the condonation of delay in presenting the civil suit before the civil court with respect to the period spent by the complainant to prosecute this complaint before this Forum with an observation that the said civil court may sympathetically consider the complainant's prayer for condonation of delay in presenting the said civil suit with regard to the period spent by the complainant to prosecute this complaint before this Forum No costs.
