We have heard learned counsel for the parties. Both the appeals are being disposed off in terms of the agreement between the parties which are reflected from submissions of the counsel for the parties. The disposal of the appeals is on following terms:- i) The Housing Board will deliver possession of the property in question to the complainants and will also execute registered sale-deed / agreement as required under the law within three weeks. ii) The parties will give up the other claims including the costs. iii) The consumers undertake to pay the stamp duty, registration charges and will complete formalities as required under the law within two weeks. The appeals are accordingly disposed of.
