Today is fixed for filing show cause by the applicant who is the op of C.C. case no. 243 of 2022.

Op of the M.A. case is found present and ready.

Applicant is found absent when this matter is taken up for consideration at 11:45 am.

On call nobody appears for the applicant.

No show cause has been filed in compliance of the order passed by this District commission of this case on 31.5.2024.

In view of such position it is crystal clear that the applicant is not interested to proceed with this case.

In the result it is accordingly

ordered

that the M.A case being no. 38 of 2024 be and the same is dismissed for non prosecution.

No  order is passed as to costs.
