HON’BLE JUSTICE SRI A. CHAKRABARTI, PRESIDENT.

Heard Mr. Sanjoy Kr. Ghosh, the Ld. Advocate for the Revision Petitioner.  Grievance of the Revisionist is that after directing show-cause as to why the interim order shall not be vacated the Forum below continued to extend the interim order from time to time although the Complainant failed to show-cause even on the subsequent date.  Undoubtedly it is not desirable that in case the Complainant failes to show-cause he is expected not to get extended interim order.  But in the interest of justice we are not interferring with the interim order at this stage.  We dispose the matter with only request to the Forum below to expedite the disposal of the matter in accordance with law.
