Case called out repeatedly. Both the parties are absent. It appears from perusal of the record that, both the parties are not appearing since 15/02/2017. On 11/11/2016, the complainant was directed to file original treatment papers. He has moved an application for summorning  the record from the office of Chief Medical Superintendent, North Central Railway, Agra which was allowed on 16/01/2017 and the complainant was directed to take steps.  He was given several opportunities for this purpose but, he did not take steps which is clear from the office report. In view of the above, there appears no justification for further proceedings in this case. The present complaint is dismissed for want of prosecution. Let record be consigned.
