Sh. P. K. Singla, Advocate counsel for opposite party No.2 has suffered a statement that the matter has been compromised with the complainant and as per compromise the Insurance company is ready to make the payment of Rs. 5500/- ( Five thousand and Five Hundred only) to the complainant as full and final satisfaction of the claim within 15 days from today.

Sh. Deepinder Kumar, Advocate counsel for complainant has also suffered a statement that he has heard the statement suffered by Sh. P. K. Singla, Advocate counsel for OP No.2 and agreed with the same. As per compromise he withdraws the present complaint.

In view of the statement suffered by the counsel for complainant the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties will be bound by their statements. The Ahlmad is directed to handover the mobile set to the opposite party No.2 against proper receipt. File be indexed and consigned to record.
