Perused file. It is true that none is appearing for complainant since last dates of hearings i.e. 22.12.2016 & 27.02.2017 consecutively. Court notice to the complainant has been issued through speed post and as per track report the court notice has been delivered to the complainant on 06.02.2017.
It appears that complainant is not interested in persuing his case and trying to defeat the process of law. It will be abuse of process to proceed further in the absence of complainant. Hence the case is dismissed in default for the reasons mentioned above.
